Web3 is about making startups cool again.
The last time I’ve seen this amount of energy, passion and sheer creativity was about 10 years ago, when I was getting into tech startups.
Since then, tech startups got ‘gentrified’ with standardised ways to raise funds, build teams and create a SaaS product (usually).
It got… boring. And people have been founding startups for wrong reasons (money, fame).
Web3 and crypto startups made startup cool again. There’s so much to built in a space not dominated by any behemoth, unregulated, open, explorative. You can literally take any idea and start building to find excited people, that will follow your project.
If you don’t believe, just try to build something in web3.
It’s extraordinary.
