Daily Choices for the Best Life
Life is short, choose wisely
$10 pizza? Sure
$10 book? Too expensive
$200 hoodie? Sure
$200 online course? Not worth it
$5000 holidays? Sure
$5000 business kickoff? Too risky

Perspective matters
Choose wisely where you spend your money and time. We have limited resources.
Life is short.
Of course spending money is just one thing, and also everyone needs something pleasant from time to time.
But the thing is:
- don’t overconsume,
- be mindful what you buy
- be aware what you are doing and where are you spending time
Especially the last point is often hard. Each one of us was on a social media scrolling frenzy — image after image on Instagram, video after video on YouTube or TikTok. It’s addictive and the algorithms are only getting better at recommending us what we would find interesting. That’s their role.
But our role is to make conscious choices: I want to watch this because, I want to read such and such a thing. Don’t scroll mindless, look for the information you want to see.
The best choices and habits
Routine is your friend. We can’t make 100% conscious choices through the day, as we get tired pretty quickly. So the best way is to create Atomic Habits. Small things that you keep repeating like:
- what to eat for breakfast
- how you start each day
- when you go for lunch
and so on. If you get used to training every second day before work, you’ll get into a great shape effortlessly.
It’s all a matter of good atomic habits.
So plan ahead and write down your goals. They will remind you what you wanted to do in the first place.
Keep on going.
